We start with our award-winning 65% dark chocolate — made from organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar, nothing more — and grind it into a coarse powder that melts smoothly into warm milk or incorporates beautifully into baked goods. Because it's actual chocolate, not cocoa powder, you get a drink that's thicker, creamier, and unmistakably real.

How to make our French-style drinking chocolate (8 fl oz):

1. Heat 7 fl oz whole milk until simmering.
2. Add 4 tbsp (1.5 oz) drinking chocolate + optional pinch of sea salt.
3. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
4. Serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
